Michael Bower established Principle Home Inspection Services in 2007. As a career choice, Home Inspection was a natural extension of his passion for home construction (Mike built his own home by hand, helped by his four sons in 1997) and his fascination for real estate. An early career in sales helped him to develop his skills as a communicator, which has been invaluable for expressing home issues as they relate to the inspection and reporting. Mike is licensed, certified for termite inspection, radon testing and carries all required insurance.
